We moved into our beautiful new home in September 2022 and were very happy with our decision in choosing a new build over buying an existing home. Duncan and I have built with Carl Van Der Meer builders now for our second time in the last 10 years.
Because of our busy lives it was important to us that we had a trusted well established building company to take us through the building process.

Where do we start!

2 years ago we decided to shift our old home from Golf Road and start our very own sub division.
This was made so much easier for us with Carl Van Der Meer and his wonderful team.
Nothing was a problem , everything was thought well ahead of time to make sure that the build was what Chris and I wanted, if a problem occurred he would let us know straight away and find a way to fix it.
Communication was fantastic, if Carl said he was going to be here to meet us, he was always here on time.
Every team he engaged with us were very helpful from his own team of builders, kitchen designers , plumbers, electricians , heat pump installers , tilers and more.
